As usual, the High School events will be jam-packed with the top prep talent from all across America looking to make a statement on the big stage. However, a select few young superstar athletes are taking on an even bigger challenge, competing against the professionals at the most prestigious indoor track & field event in the world.

The 115th Millrose Games will take place in just three weeks, scheduled for Saturday, February 11th at the Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory. World Champion Chase Ealey Leads Women’s Shot Put Field

The anticipation continues to build for the 115th Millrose Games, now just three and a half weeks away. At previous editions of the Millrose Games, spectators at the Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory have been treated to a shot put showdown from the center of the infield featuring Ryan Crouser and Joe Kovacs, the top two male shot putters in the world. Crouser and Kovacs will again return this year, plus for the first time they will be joined by an equally loaded field in the Women’s Shot Put, starring the defending World Champion Chase Ealey.

NEW YORK, NY, Jan. 13, 2022 – Two-time Olympic medalist Gabby Thomas is one of three Olympians slated to compete in the 114th Millrose Games Women’s 60m Dash, scheduled for Saturday, January 29th at The Armory New Balance Track & Field Center.

Thomas ran a spectacular time of 21.61 seconds to win the 200m at last year’s Olympic Trials, making her the third-fastest woman in history. She backed up that performance by claiming the bronze medal in Tokyo.

The defending Millrose Games champion, Harrison set the current 100m hurdles world record of 12.20 in July of 2016.

114th Millrose Games Announces WHOOP Wanamaker Miles

NEW YORK, NY, Nov. 19, 2021 – The Armory Foundation has announced that WHOOP, the human performance company, will be the title sponsor of the 2022 WHOOP Wanamaker Men’s and Women’s Miles in the upcoming 114thMillrose Games.  The Wanamaker Miles are the most prestigious and historic indoor miles in the world and have been the centerpiece of the Millrose Games since its inception.  Past winners of the fabled Wanamaker Miles include Matthew Centrowitz, Sifan Hassan, Colleen Quigley, Jenny Simpson, and legendary runners such as Bernard Lagat, Francie Larrieu, Marty Liquori, Eamonn Coghlan, and so many others.

Millrose Games Alumni Earn 29 Medals at Tokyo Olympics, 13 Gold Medals

July 10, 2021 - The 2020 Olympic Games concluded this past weekend in Tokyo, after being delayed one year due to the pandemic. Despite the ongoing restrictions and the lack of fans, the athletes delivered on the biggest stage in sports, as the track & field action was highlighted by three world records and many other historically fast marks. 48 athletes who have previously competed at the Millrose Games represented Team USA in competition, with numerous Millrose alums representing other nations as well. Overall, these athletes earned thirteen gold medals, seven silver medals, and nine bronze medals, a tremendous haul that further solidifies the status of Millrose as the greatest and most historic indoor track & field meet in the world.


23 Millrose Games Champions Will Represent Team USA in Tokyo

June 29, 2021 - Over 100 athletes punched their tickets to Tokyo by placing in the top three in their events, including 48 Millrose Games competitors and 23 Millrose Games Champions.

Armory Foundation: Covid-19 Triggers 2021 Millrose Games Cancellation

December 22, 2020 – The Armory Foundation has decided after extensive consultations with health experts that, due to rising cases nationally of Covid-19, it is advisable to cancel the 114th Millrose Games, previously scheduled for February 13, 2021 at The Armory in New York City.
